With Cash/Cheque/Momo
Cash donations (physical/Cheque) are received by the Home’s Accounts Office and a receipt bearing the name of the Home is then issued to the donor. All Cheques should be written in the name of the New Life Nungua Children’s Home. Cash donations can therefore be made physically at the Home’s premises or through our Bank.
MATERIAL DONATIONS
Materials such as Food, Clothes, Medicines, etc are also received at the donations desk by the Stores Staff and a ‘Thank You’ card in which the donated items are listed, is issued accordingly.
The proceeds are therefore used to feed the children, buy routine drugs for the children with special needs, pay for light bills, water bills, hospital bills, tuition fees, maintenance work, transportation, etc.
Your contributions help provide essential resources such as food, shelter, education, and healthcare, ensuring that these children have the opportunity to thrive
OTHER SUPPORT AREAS
a) Support the reintegration of the older children into independent living through; Job offer, rent accommodation, household items, setup capital, sewing machine etc.
(b) Adopt a home unit or help in improving some of the Home’s facilities.
(c) Provision of a bus to convey children to and from school and out on excursions.
(d) Improvement of facilities by supporting other projects at the Home.
(e) Providing playing equipment and Learning materials such as stationeries, laptops, projectors, and tablets. Mechanic tools (welding machine, tools for repairing phones and computers). Electrical tools and Car diagnosis Machine.
